Some, but not all, of the minimal qualifications are: ability to communicate with customers, outgoing personality, trustworthiness, ability to work as a team, ability to lift 45 pounds, ability to stand on your feet for at least an 8 hour shift, and ability to provide absolutely exceptional customer service. Maturity and experience are also greatly appreciated.
