Saturday, November 10th is Second Chance Day at Harley-Davidson of Ocean City. Since the weather was pretty good to us this summer, there are no specific events to make up, but that won't stop us.

This is the total bike experience - two Bike Rides, a Bike Show, Bike Games, and, of course, plenty of food being prepared by the Red Knights with donations going to the many programs they support.

The 1st Bike Ride heads out at 10am, going about 2 hours and will be led by Larry "Sack" Sackadorf of the Red Knights. At 11am the 2nd Ride leaves, going about an hour, led by Sherry Looney of Eastern Shore HOG.

Bike Show registration is 11am - 12noon. The Bike Show runs from 12noon to 1:30pm. If you are on one of the rides and it's is running a touch late returning, of course you can still enter the show. Trophies will be given out in four categories:
1. Harley Pre Evo Engine (1903-83); 2. Harley Post Evo Engine (84-08); 3. Metric; 4. Radical Custom. Now before you moan and groan about only four classes, the entrance fee for this show is FREE.

Following the bike show will be Bike Games with registration from 12:00noon - 1:15pm. The Bike Games will begin at 1:30pm on the side of the building, not in the grass out back. Doug and Danny of Eastern Shore HOG will orchestrate and again its free to enter.

A free ride. A free bike show. Free bike games. That's what happens when the weather is nice. See ya Saturday - rain or shine.

Sponsored by a grant from the Harley-Davidson Foundation, a fully-equiped DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Mobile Service Office will be at Harley-Davidson of Ocean City on Sunday, November 11th from 10am - 4pm. The DAV MSO program is available free of charge to veterans and their families, DAV membership is not required. The DAV MSO provides benefits counseling to those veterans who suffer from service connected injuries but may never have filed a claim for benefits or have found it difficult working with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
